The ten-month training program is carefully designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience and equip associates with valuable knowledge and skills relevant to their unique roles and Mahaffey Apartment Company as a whole. The unique opportunity affords employees the ability to expand their functional job skills as well as further develop their managerial and supervisory talents, which contributes to making them stronger leaders. The program consists of a series of in-person modules, hosted at a variety of our communities, allowing employees to expand their expertise, broaden their perspectives, and cultivate strong professional relationships. Nominations for the annual program open up every June with the yearly program commencing in July.
